Full Circle instructor, Chris Wright, demonstrates an intermediate version of a side twist here. This exercise is great for balance, coordination, and shoulder girdle stability. What’s great about this exercise is how it opens up one side of the body while simultaneously working the other side. There are many variations that can be taught to suit people at all levels, because Pilates is about versatility!
